Project Details

This project involved the complete interior buildout of a 16,300 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center within shell space on the third floor of the TOA Westlawn Medical Office Building—originally constructed by Batten Shaw Construction two years earlier. The facility features three fully equipped Operating Rooms and one Procedure Room, designed to deliver state-of-the-art surgical care in a modern, efficient environment.
