Project Details

This 28,500-square-foot Medical Office Building was constructed from the ground up and features a two-story structural steel frame on shallow foundations. The exterior showcases a refined blend of EIFS, stone, aluminum storefront, and glazed curtain wall systems, creating a modern and durable façade. Inside, the lobby and core areas are fully built out to a high standard, highlighted by a striking two-story monumental staircase that connects the first and second floors. The result is a welcoming and functional environment designed to serve both staff and visitors with comfort and style.
