The Crockett Apartments is a 192,000-square-foot greenfield multifamily development consisting of two four-story residential buildings. Building One includes 71 apartment units, while Building Two adds 128 units, together providing modern accommodations across the 8.5-acre site. Constructed on shallow foundations, the wood-frame structures feature exterior façades of brick, stone, and siding. Site improvements include 259 parking spaces and a range of tenant amenities, highlighted by a 1,800-square-foot pool area with stamped concrete decking, artificial turf lounging, and a gated entrance. Three elevators provide vertical access within the buildings, enhancing accessibility and convenience for residents.
