Constructed on shallow foundations with a wood-frame structure, the development features a durable exterior façade composed of brick, stone, and siding. Designed to support modern student living, The Elroy currently serves as housing for Alabama A&M University, providing a contemporary residential environment that balances comfort, functionality, and long-term resilience.
