Vanderbilt 100 Oaks 3rd Floor Renovation

Project Details

A 65,000 square foot renovation and 3,500 square foot vertical expansion creating new Otolaryngology and Pediatric clinics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Construction took place above active clinic and retail spaces, with all utility tie-ins and slab cores completed during nights and weekends to minimize disruption. Meticulous planning and coordination maintained a safe, clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors throughout the project.
